We are very concerned with safeguarding your information. Your account information and access to our Service is accessible only through the use of an individual username and password. PROTOCOL
In the case of a data breach, we will notify affected users – without undue delay and where feasible – within 72 business hours. The notification will include the nature of the breach, likely consequences, a detail action plan and a main technical point of contact at Fuze Technology Pvt Ltd.

Fuze request their drivers to submit two family reference contacts by manually entering or selecting from the address book. These contacts are required only for the emergencies while providing service to our users.
To adhere to data privacy policies Fuze allows account deletion for its Users and Drivers. The account deletion process can be initiated upon a request raised by the user or driver via Support Center. Upon the action, an account review will be initiated by the account team and may take 48 to 72 hrs to complete this process and the User or the Driver's account will be deleted soon after.
