Instant booking
In this case the customer specifies the requirement of immediate pickup. In this case the waiting time is about 5 - 15 minutes based on the customer pickup point. In this case the customer specifies the need of kind of vehicle and gets the instant booking confirmation. If the request is made by User App Or Web Portal or telephone and customer is put on hold and somehow call gets disconnected then the booking does not get confirmed.
Advance booking
Also called reservation, in this the customer pre-decided to book a taxi for future purpose. The booking can be through either App, website or telephone. Once the customer specifies the need after that the booking is confirmed and the customer gets the booking details on the phone including details of the driver.
Based on these two booking procedures the refund/cancellation policies are: In case of Immediate Booking
If the Customer cancels the Fleet booking Less than 5 minutes Before Driver arrive at Pick Up Point, then customer is liable to pay.
Cancellation fees may vary by city to city: Rs.20 – Rs.100
In case of Advance Booking
If the customer is booking the ride in advance and somehow the customer want to cancel the booking then, The Customer may cancel the booking up to 1 hour before the proposed time of arrival free of charge.
